We have received an update from East Sussex Highways with regards to the improvement works from Bankers Corner to Blacks. Details below:
As part of the ongoing development of Phase 2 of the Eastbourne Town Centre Movement and Access Package, East Sussex Highways in partnership with East Sussex County Council is planning to undertake ground investigation surveys in your area. We are writing to provide you with information about the planned surveys.
The surveys will take place between Monday 17th October to Friday 11th November 2022
during either daylight hours or overnight. Access will be maintained to businesses during the survey.
Phase 2 of the Eastbourne Town Centre Movement and Access Package will create a pedestrianised area and high-quality urban environment on Terminus Road from Banker’s Corner at Cornfield Rd, to Bolton Road and Langney Road.
