Every year, Your Eastbourne BID produces an annual report, detailing the activities we have done.
Some highlights from 2021-22 have included:

- Working with partners to bring an ice rink to the town centre with 17,000 skaters and families
- Securing £7.8 million of funding under the Levelling Up Fund to pedestrianise Victoria Place - the seafront end of Terminus Road
- Organising major town centre events including the Queen’s jubilee celebration and the pop up park
- Decorating the town centre with Christmas lights, including the first interactive Christmas tree in the town centre
- Installing 3 new CCTV cameras in the town centre to tackle anti-social behaviour and working closely with authorities to improve town centre security
- Installing 56 planters across the town centre with three different planting schemes for the year and decorating for jubilee celebrations town wide.
